I.GENERAL PROVISIONS
The document conforms to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The Privacy Policy sets ground rules for collecting and processing personal data during the use of services available at

II. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
User data will be processed to provide additional commercial information regarding the Website's offer and for direct marketing of the Website's products and services. The data are given freely to obtain commercial information. The legal basis for the data processing is the consent of the User as long as it has been given. If no consent is given, the personal data are not processed for this purpose.
III. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the User explicitly agreed to the collection by filling in a form. The Controller stores and uses these data only as needed for a specific function.
IV. USER'S RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Concerning the processing of the personal data, the User has the right to:
- demand access to their data, review, amend, and delete the data,
- withdraw the consent to data processing for a particular purpose,
- lodge a complaint if they suspect the Controller fails to appropriately protect and process the personal data.
The rights referred to above are consistent with Articles 16–21 of the GDPR.
V. COOKIES
The Website uses cookies to allow the Controller to identify the user and personalise the Website. The Website uses cookies toremember User's preferences regarding the Website's appearance and build view statistics and reports for the Website.

The Controller will make collected personal data available to state authorities where applicable law requires it to do so. Considering the exception above, User's personal data will be disclosed only for the purpose and to the recipients specified herein.
VIII. IMPLEMENTED PROTECTION MEASURES
The User's personal data are protected in accordance with applicable regulations, and they are stored on protected servers. The Controller respects privacy rights and ensures the safety of the data. It is achieved through a safe communication encryption protocol (SSL), among others.
The implemented encryption system and access controls minimise the impact of any personal data breach.
AMENDMENTS TO THE EINSAL-EAST.COM PRIVACY POLICY
The Website may amend the Privacy Policy as required by the applicable regulations, due to changes in technical operational conditions of the Website, or to introduce standards in excess of the minimal legal requirements. The amended version of the Privacy Policy is always available at
